In late 2025 the Maternity Unit became operational. This then allowed the Tanzanian Government to release the funds to construct a “De-Montfort” Incinerator, serving the Dispensary, Maternity Unit and eventually the Operating Theatre.
During 2025 Lucky was supported by FUM (Friends of Urambo & Mwanhala) to attend a course in Tanga on the installation of De-Montfort Incinerators, giving him certification to undertake the installation of the incinerator.
